​HISD is using a new volunteer management system

 

To volunteer on campus at West Briar Middle School, all volunteers must complete an annual online orientation and pass the HISD/VIPS-required background check, performed by Raptor. The orientation and application process take just a few minutes, but the approval process can take up to 2-3 weeks, so register as soon as possible.

Step 1:   Complete the online orientation and submit the application

Step 2:   Check your inbox for an approval email

Step 3:   Take a photo ID to the school front office

Once cleared, you can volunteer at any HISD campus for the applicable academic year.
